This policy explains the refund process for paid legal services and appointments.

Non-Refundable Cases
Fees may be non-refundable after consultation delivery, after work has begun, or when a client misses an appointment without prior notice.

Refundable Cases
Refunds may apply when an appointment is cancelled at least 12 hours before the scheduled time, when the firm cannot provide the service, or when a technical payment error occurs.

Refund requests are submitted through email or the official form, reviewed within 3 business days, and processed within 7–14 days where approved.
